The staff were very helpful especially Fwar (I dont think his name is spelt like this) but he was very sweet and friendly.
When we arrived we had to wait quite a long time before being shown to our room.

Excellent location, very much like a large riad, with amenities like an elevator

The staff here are exceptionally nice, the views of the sea are magnificent, the rooms are clean with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table, all for a great price of gbp 59.

Unbeatable views from the roof terrace. Has potential to be a wonderful hotel but it's not there yet..
Dirty towels in the room, which was musty and damp smelling.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much effort and happy to accommodate my every wish. The rooms were really nice, big and spacious and charming and a beautiful roof terrace which over looked dramatic coastal views.
The only complaint was that I was charged for 1 hour's massage when in fact the massage only went on for 40 minutes. I did mention this to the receptionist and he said he would have a word with the spa attendant but still charged me for the full hour.

The hotel is conveniently located only a few minutes from the taxi rank/square and a couple of minutes from the Dar Skala with the impressive ramparts and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is superb, ready to please, and their contact is excellent, friendly. The rooms are spacious, warm, clean, and comfortable with great views of the ocean. The breakfast is good and served from 8 to 11, allowing for a relaxed start to the day.
The facilities could use some improvements, such as better lighting and music, to enhance the overall experience.

The postion was excellent and the views were stunning. The staff were very friendly and gave excellent service.
After 5 days the breakfasts became a bit boring. We had to ask for clean towels twice. There was only 1 hairdryer for 23 rooms and it was broken for 2 days.

The fantastic roof terrasse with the wiev and sound of the Atlantic
We rented a room with a bath tub ( this was important for us) but the water pressure and temperature were erratic, so I never got a warm bath.

The value we got for our money was exceptional! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, even better than the photos. The location was perfect, with a breathtaking view of the old town and coast from the rooftop terrace. The staff treated us with warmth and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The food for breakfast lacked variety, especially in terms of non-sweet options.

Huge rooms, thick walls, ideal location, excellent breakfast, knowledgeable guide.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location was very good, easy to find and to get anywhere. The view from the terrace is stunning, and great to enjoy breakfast from, an afternoon mint tea and perfect for the sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything possible to help when my husband got severe food poisoning (even upgrading our room as we could not leave our original room for it to be cleaned he was so ill). The rooms were very comfortable (ask for 3rd floor or higher).
Breakfast was not amazing, although it was easy to find food outside. It was not as intimate as other smaller riads (although we did not crave the sanctuary of the riad here as much as in other cities in Morocco). Although the rooms were very comfortable we do not think they were 'luxury; as advertised (E.G. no safes, heaters / air conditioners or bar fridges - the price makes up for this comfortably though. All in all however cannot fault the overall experience, highly recommended.

The units were big with a deep bathtub. They offer top class breakfast in the terrace.
